Combine Gokshura with Organic Traditions Ashwagandha powder in a 1:1 ratio up to twice a day for a particularly revitalizing, energizing and rejuvenating tonic. According to the energetic principles of Ayurveda, Gokshura is sweet and bitter in the Rasa taste energy, cooling in action according to Virya and balancing for all doshic constitutions Vata Pitta and Kapha with a particular ability to balance Vata.
