The nature of Harmony® Menopause is balancing and calming, a cooling blend containing tonic herbs to help support the functioning of your body’s systems by nourishing and energizing. Harmony® Menopause does not contain Black Cohosh. Rehmannia glutinosa is traditionally used to help relieve hot flushes and night sweats and is blended with female tonic herbs like Angelica and Paeonia to support building reserves, energy and joint aches. Vitex agnus castus is a western herb traditionally used for menopausal symptoms and with Bupleurum and Dioscorea support easing mild anxiety and irritability.
Harmony® Menopause has been formulated with herbs used for relief of menopause and perimenopause symptoms however ongoing use is encouraged to build health and wellbeing.

Usage:
Adult: Starting dose: 2 tablets, twice daily until symptoms improve
